Not cheap but really happy with service provided. And car was washed and hoovered before returned back, very nice touch 👌

Have been using Mercury Cars for some years for all kinds of repairs and MOT services for my lovely and at times problematical Jaguar. They're simply a super (and super friendly) company to deal with - probably one of the best examples of customer service experience I've had for anything. They know their stuff, they provide the 'right' advice, and if you own a 'prized' premium vehicle, you're in extremely good hands.

Brought my Mercedes here after a prior garage l diagnosed my car with was NOx sensor issues & suggested Mercury take a second look as they are specialised with my type of car (Mercedes SLC) Mercury diagnosed it & fixed it within a week (The fault ended up being another part entirely) and was amazing at keeping me updated on what the issue was, how long it would take to get fixed & when it would be ready to be picked up Unfortunately just as it was ready, I was overseas on a business trip & my husband’s schedule didn’t allow for him to pick it up immediately, but Mercury were extremely accommodating & assisted us with holding onto it for a couple of days until we could facilitate a pick up. Picked my car up clean & shiny and drives like it’s brand new. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Saved me time & money!!

Previously I always used Mercury for my Porsche servicing and now that I have moved to a Mercedes I thought I'd use Mercury again for the annual service. Free car pick up from home, Service, Free MOT, Free wash and clean inside and out. A brilliant service again from Mercury. The car has come back looking the freshest and cleanest it has been since I bought it. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service all the time, have been going there for thirty years plus always have had the car's service and MOT test there. We have known the staff for years even before the site was bought, they are also great on the pricing for the service don't go anywhere else for car service.

Great firm. Care about their customers as well as your vehicle. Won't try and sell you things you don't need. Reasonably priced with a wealth of experienced people to get you back on the road. Very good customer care. Really strongly recommend this company.
