Free car pick up from home, Service, Free MOT, Free wash and clean inside and out. A brilliant service again from Mercury. This place is superb. I'm a bit late writing a review but my impending MOT reminded me that I needed to do a review. They did a service for me last year and an MOT and have done a few other bits. Excellent treatment and communication/customer service. I read other reviews that had said that you would go back to this business and it's true. Alison, Neil and her team are brilliant. So attentive and go the extra mile. They really are about the customer. If you find that the personal touch has disappeared from modern life, use this business. You won't be disappointed.
