Very professional service from Mercury Cars
Booked my Audi in for diagnostic’s as was having engine failure issues that two previous garages were unable to diagnose.
Mercury cars called me within a few hours of me dropping off the car with the diagnosis report and explained everything in detail.
They ordered the engine parts required and installed the parts as soon as they arrived the very next day.
And my car was ready for collection the following day, two days after me dropping it off to them. Pleasure to deal with Mercury cars, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, in fact I know where I’ll be taking my car in the future when it needs a service or repairs.

I have used Mercury Car for almost 6 years now since I stopped using JLR retailer. Mercury Car has always been professional with their service and charges. Alison and James are good at what they do and they give their best to resolve your car issues. I see lot of -ve comments here but I’d like to say I like taking care of my motor and I’ve been to Mercury Car with different issues on multiple occasions and never have i experienced any issues with the repairs or service I’ve received. Thanks MCC.. keep up the good work.
They have worked on my E type several times and never have I had any problems , customer service has always been 100% , good explanation of work that needs to be carried out , and right first time policy is top priority . Five star ⭐️
